Ujung Genteng beautiful beach and "seven waves" for surfer

Ujung Genteng is the southern coastal areas of West Java which is located in District Ciracap, Sukabumi district with the distance about 220 kilometers from the capital city of Jakarta and 230 kilometers from the city of Bandung. Left sails through about six or seven hours away by car. Besides running smoothly enough there are also several alternative routes and means of adequate public transport to the destination.
Ujung Genteng's beach has the characteristics generally south coast of Java Island's famous clean water and the waves are big. However, this beach is much different when compared with the Pelabuhan Ratu, famous beach-prone and often claimed the death toll since the waves are ferocious. Although the beach facing Ujung Genteng direct to the Indian Ocean, but the waves are big does not endanger the traveler who likes to play around in the sea. Big waves of the ocean first broke out because of blocked clusters scattered coral sea in front of the beach, so we can enjoy nature with beautiful beaches, safe, and comfortable. Children may swim in the sea as much and lets look at a collection of colorful fish on the sidelines of the rock, indicating how Ujung Genteng has their natural environment.
In the area of Ujung Genteng itself there are many interesting places, such as seeing straight green turtle (Chelonia mydas) in coastal Pangumbahan. There is also the location where you can surf on the waves is quite challenging the famous "seven waves." This location is a favorite area for foreign tourists to surf. Designation according to the population of seven waves because the waves are always consecutive seven waves and is always big. For those who like fishing, in tile Ujung is a suitable place where fish are plentiful and varied.
Besides the natural attractions, Ujung Genteng also has a tourist attraction in the form of palm sugar making process by local communities. Very simple construction that is by utilizing the vast coconut plantations, the villagers set up bowl to accommodate the liquid from coconut flower then collected and cooked in large pot and then printed with a piece of bamboo that is larger than the size of palm sugar on the market.

  1. Ujung Genteng is truly one of the lost treasures of Indonesia and i really hope that it stays that way in the future.

    However being still in its natural state has made it a little difficult to stay over longer periods of time, whithout any real restaurants or other facilities that you need

    for you or your family.

    Turtle Beach Hotel is opening at the beginning of August and is a real transformation from previous local accommodation and for the first time will be a rated hotel there

    right onto the beach.

    I am looking forward to my Holiday in August, I have already booked an apartment, which is the same price as other more traditional villas there at the moment.

      Ya.. Indonesia is trying to improve accommodation in every aspect to increase the quality of tourism. Hope by improve the accommodation not making the beauty of nature lost.
